  • Currently, I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Cigna EAP, Kaiser Permanente, Kaiser Permanente Northwest, PacificSource, Regence BlueShield of Washington, United Healthcare (Optum), United Healthcare EAP, BlueCross BlueShield of Texas, Quest Behavioral Health, Oscar (Optum), and Carelon Behavioral Health.

    If I am an out-of-network with your insurance, I can provide you with a superbill (a receipt for your sessions) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Services/apps like Reimbursify and Mentaya can make this easier by helping you submit and track your claims.

    Immigration evaluations are not covered by insurance at this time.

  • I am in network with most major insurance plans so most of the time, you would only be charged your copay if you have one.

    My private pay fee is $150 per session. I also offer a sliding scale using the Green Bottle method. This approach looks at financial privilege and stability in a more holistic way than just income. Imagine three bottles: the fullest bottle represents greater financial security and privilege, while the least full bottle represents less financial security and more barriers. Where you fall on the scale helps determine your session fee. We will check in every three months to see if your fee still matches your situation. Life circumstances can change, and this gives us a chance to adjust together if needed.

  • I am located in the DFW area in Texas. However, I offer virtual telehealth sessions throughout the state of Texas and Washington.

  • During your first session or initial consultation, we'll take time to get to know each other and discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, goals, and concerns. It's also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the therapy process and determine if we're a good fit to work together.

  • The frequency of therapy sessions depends on your individual needs and availability. Initially, sessions may be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly to address immediate concerns. As therapy progresses, sessions may become less frequent based on your progress and goals.
