Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a place to talk things through and make sense of what’s been weighing on you. Some weeks that might mean sorting out old patterns, and other times it’s just having room to be honest about how hard things feel. My role is to listen, ask good questions, and help you notice what might need attention or care right now.


Walk-and-Talk Therapy

Walk and talk therapy is exactly what it sounds like: we walk and we talk. Getting outside can help clear your head, ease tension, and make conversation feel more natural. These sessions take place in local Midlothian, Texas parks. If you have an infant, you can bring the stroller along so you do not have to worry about childcare.
